About me

Dance has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Del Valle, Texas, and later moving to Pflugerville, I found joy and freedom through movement from an early age. My journey began in musical theater, where I discovered the power of storytelling and expression through performance. Soon after, drill team became a central part of my growth, teaching me not only rhythm, precision, and collaboration but also leadership as I guided and inspired others. Both experiences laid the foundation for my artistic voice and shaped how I connect with movement and audiences.

Over the years, I have trained in a variety of dance styles, including jazz, hip hop, contemporary, modern, tap, and ballet, embracing each style’s unique challenges and opportunities for expression. This versatility allows me to adapt to different choreographic visions while bringing my own energy, emotion, and storytelling to every piece. Being part of Merge Dance Company for the past two years has been transformative, giving me the chance to collaborate with incredible choreographers and dancers, pushing me to explore new movement ideas and deepen my creative approach.

For me, dance is more than steps or technique. It is connection, expression, and the ability to communicate a story without words. My journey has been shaped by sparks of inspiration, moments of realization, and lessons in discipline, creativity, and resilience. I hope to continue performing, exploring, and teaching, carrying forward the versatility, passion, and depth that dance has brought to my life.
